Services
The company helps clients with all aspects of evaluation through process and outcome assessment, measurement, performance and quality improvement, consultation methods, survey development, focus groups, qualitative interviewing, and information (data) collection, analysis and dissemination.
Achievements & Partners

Assessed and improved early childhood dental and vision programs through the design and implementation of an evaluation framework that engaged broad interests from health professionals and health authorities across British Columbia.

Evaluated health promotion, health protection and disease prevention initiatives undertaken by the provincial health authority in British Columbia, which lead to recommendations for program improvement and enhanced health promotion and population health planning.

Developed a comprehensive evaluation framework to assess the Interprofessional Network of British Columbia involving health care providers, academic interests, and health authority leaders and resulting in province-wide improvements to patient-centred care, interprofessional education, and collaborative practice.

Worked to optimize the Full Service Family Practice Incentive Program through the development and application of a province-wide physician survey which examined program use, access, barriers, and level of satisfaction among general practice physicians in British Columbia.

Improved the experiences of patients living with congestive heart failure through i) reviewing best practices in heart failure management, ii) conducting a survey to capture the patient’s journey through the health care system, and iii) evaluating the Congestive Heart Failure Collaborative to document improved physician practice and community services.
